Prior to moving to Virginia, Dr. Guerette served as Director of Urogynecology at Pennsylvania Hospital, University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. Dr. Guerette is board certified in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as Family Medicine. He completed his Fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in 2005 and is the first fellowship trained, board certified Urogynecologist in Central Virginia.

Mark became Director General of NATRUE in July 2016, where he is responsible for the running of the association, and takes the lead role in all political, regulatory and scientific affairs.
