John Richeson
Dr. John Richeson is currently an Associate Professor of Animal Science and faculty supervisor of the Research Feedlot at West Texas A&M University. He teaches several undergraduate and graduate courses, serves on numerous University and professional committees, and is an advisory board member of four different industry organizations. Dr. Richeson received his BS, MS, and PhD in Animal Science from Oklahoma State University (2000), Texas Tech University (2004), and University of Arkansas (2011), respectively. Research interests include evaluating management, nutritional, and immunological manipulations to improve health and growth of stocker and feedlot cattle. Additional research efforts have focused on evaluation of biomarker and behavior technology to assist in the prediction and early detection of bovine respiratory disease.
Rowan Sanderson
Having nurtured a lifelong passion for better understanding nutrition and its impact on both health & longevity, it was only when his own health was seriously compromised that Rowan completely immersed his energies into the field of Functional Nutrition, Medicine & Biohacking to heal himself. He is now proud to bring this perspective as Chief Nutritional Officer at Bella & Duke , to the pet wellness world and is collaborating with several leading research scientists to challenge dogma and develop innovative solutions to avoidable unwanted symptoms. His dream is to eradicate these symptoms and move the wellness world focus on to optimal rather than minimal, and longevity rather than simply avoiding symptoms.

Daniel has been active in the European energy industry for 20 years where he has held commercial and management positions in major European utilities and global trading firms. Currently, Daniel is heading the business unit Origination within EnBW Trading - covering gas, LNG, conventional and renewable power across Europe. In renewables, EnBW is a major investor into onshore and offshore wind, solar as well as a significant player in the non-subsidised, merchant PPA market. In his role, Daniel is both buyer of long-term PPAs from project developers as well as seller of corporate PPAs to industrials.
