Beauty veteran, Annie Jackson, has been a key player in the successes of the industry’s biggest beauty companies. Annie began her career at Estee Lauder, where after 6 years, she was recruited to be one of the early members of the team that launched Sephora USA and Japan. Later, she took a role as the Director of Global Product Marketing for Benefit Cosmetics and in 2011, returned to her Sephora roots in merchandising for color cosmetics at Sephora within JCPenney. Her love of beauty and quest for cleaner options led her, alongside Shashi Batra, to create Credo Beauty. As Co-Founders, they shared a vision to change the way people think about what they put in and on their bodies and skin, fostering a new generation of beauty brands - natural, organic, effective, clean and sustainable – to and pioneering the clean beauty movement.

A highly experienced energy and procurement professional who has had a significant impact on the way the public sector buys its energy. Having worked on both the energy buyer and supplier side, he has focussed on large scale risk management solutions, renewable projects and commercial solutions. Steve joined TEC in 2013 bringing his skill set to the university sector and supported establishing TEC as the recognised centre of excellence for energy procurement in their member sector.
Zosia Riesner
Zosia joined Lightsource BP in 2016 to lead the growing Corporate PPA team. With over a decade of senior-level experience in the energy sector, Zosia has a deep understanding of the energy markets including corporate energy procurement and risk management as well as off take arrangements for renewable assets. She brings a great depth of knowledge to the Lightsource BP European Corporate PPA team having been actively involved in the UK Corporate PPA market place since the beginning and led several negotiations on corporate PPAs whilst at Utilyx. Zosia’s team are responsible for power marketing activities in UK, Republic of Ireland, The Netherlands, Italy, Portugal and Spain.
Luke Mitchell
Luke has worked in sustainability roles in the NHS for 12 years. He moved to Devon in 2012 to manage utility contracts and deliver resource efficiency and CO2 emission reduction projects as the Energy and Sustainability Manager at a large NHS Trust. During this time he has been involved in a range of projects from no cost staff engagement programs to multi-million pound developments. Luke is passionate about reducing CO2 emissions and sustainable development and has recently become chair of the of the Health Estates and Facilities Association (South West branch) Energy Group.
