Cindy Cole
Dr. Cindy Cole is a Technical Partner at Digitalis Ventures and an Associate Clinical Professor at the University of Florida. Prior to joining Digitalis she was in the animal health industry for many years holding senior leadership and R&D roles at Mars Petcare, Novartis Animal Health, IDEXX, and Piedmont Pharmaceuticals. Dr. Cole completed her DVM and PhD at the University of Florida and was on the faculty of the University of California, Davis and UF.

Marc Groves-Raines
Marc has been Head of Renewables at Allianz since January 2018. He joined Allianz’s newly formed renewable energy investment team in 2005 charged with building a portfolio of operational assets in core Eurozone markets. During this time, Marc has been responsible for leading European transactions and has been instrumental in growing an operating portfolio of over 2GW of renewable energy assets. Prior to that he worked for RES Group to help with the expansion of its development activities abroad, notably in France and Portugal. Marc has worked in the wind industry since 1991 developing some of the first wind farms in the UK.
