Emlyn responsible for driving the strategic development and design strategy for wellness at ACCOR, seamlessly integrating the ethos of well-being into every facet of the customer journey. With an illustrious career spanning over 22 years, his journey into the world of wellness commenced in 1996, marking the genesis of his passion for transforming lives. Throughout his career, Emlyn has occupied various pivotal leadership roles, traversing the globe from Europe to the Middle East, Asia, and the vibrant landscapes of China. He has been at the helm of group operations for renowned luxury spa and fitness companies. Prior to joining Accor, he was a senior lead at Resense Spas S.A as Global Design Director, and as Managing Director of Asia, accountable for the growth of the Resense portfolio in China and Southeast Asia. Emlyn was the wellness director at award winning consultancy, GOCO Hospitality, and has held senior positions at Six Senses Resorts & Spas where he was the regional director for Europe and later the operations director for Asia. He started his career with Holmes Place Lifestyle club, and held director level roles in Switzerland and Germany.

Amanda Al-Masri
Amanda Al-Masri is the vice president of wellness at Hilton. In this role, she serves as a wellness strategist across Hilton’s global portfolio of 18 world-class brands, enhancing Hilton’s current offerings and programs while developing innovative new, scalable solutions to meet rapidly evolving consumer expectations.
A seasoned wellness leader, Amanda brings 20 years of experience to Hilton. Prior to joining Hilton, she assisted with the launch of Equinox Hotels and drove the overall strategy and execution of more than 90 Club Spas. She also served as Global Director of Spa Development & Operations for Starwood Hotels & Resorts, responsible for the company’s spa brands, partners and a global portfolio of more than 450 spas. She offers a deep understanding of how travel and access to wellness experiences have always served as critical points of intersection for consumers.
Amanda graduated with a master’s in hospitality management from Cornell University, as well as from Connecticut College with a degree in French.

Colleen is a strategic clinical documentation, coding and compliance, and risk adjustment expert with 10+ years of experience driving increases in provider engagement. She has thoughtfully built clinical documentation improvement programs from scratch to target accurate risk scores, increases in provider satisfaction, and cost-savings.
Beyond her role at CDPHP, Colleen is also currently the president of the AAPC National Advisory Board.
