Matthias Greiller
Matthias has 25 years of experience in the international Financial Services industry. He worked as a permanent employee and management consultant for Swiss international Private Banks, mainly focusing on Compliance topics. Being passionate about Anti Financial Crime and especially AML/CFT, he specialized in this area and holds various certificates e.g. from ACAMS and ACFCS. Since 2022, Matthias is a member of the ACAMS faculty acting as an instructor for AML/ Crypto AML classes. In 2021, Matthias joined BITCOIN SUISSE AG, the Swiss crypto pioneer and trusted gateway to crypto asset investing and is their Head Anti Financial Crime and MLRO.
Christian J. Nauvel
Christian Nauvel is the Deputy Chief Counsel for Corporate Enforcement in the U.S. DOJ’s National Security Division, where he helps coordinate and oversee the investigation and prosecution of corporate crime relating to the national security of the United States. Previously, Mr. Nauvel served in the Criminal Division as a Senior Counsel to the Assistant Attorney General, a Senior Trial Attorney in the Money Laundering and Asset Recovery Section’s Bank Integrity Unit, and a member of the National Cryptocurrency Enforcement Team. During his time at the DOJ, Mr. Nauvel has also served as a Special Assistant United States Attorney in the District of Maryland and the Eastern District of New York. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Nauvel was a litigation associate at an international law firm. Mr. Nauvel obtained his J.D. from Northwestern University, and his B.S. from Bates College.
Arnie Francis
Arnie Francis is a qualified UK and European patent attorney, well-versed advising clients across a diverse range of technologies including AI, automotive, machine learning, robotics, biometrics and semiconductor IP. He advises regularly on protection strategies and enforcement of rights, including trade secrets, with a particular focus on the patentability and alternative protection of computer-related inventions, through which he developed a deep understanding of the legal requirements in several key jurisdictions including the UK, Europe and the US.
He enjoys working with high-growth start-ups and SMEs to develop actionable strategies to protect their innovations and nurture their IP portfolios.
Chris Buntel
Chris Buntel is a US intellectual property attorney with over 20 years experience connecting innovation and intellectual property law. He is a co-founder and the CIPO of Tangibly. Chris is passionate about trade secrets – the “next big thing” in intellectual property evolution. While other forms of intellectual property have been well supported for years, people are just now realizing the huge need for trade secret management tools and education. He has a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Stanford University, and J.D. in Law from University of Houston.
